Who we are

This website is operated by UAB Aitvaras Technologies, Gynėjų g. 14, LT-01109 Vilnius, Lithuania (“AITVA”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@aitva.co.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your name, email address, organisation and role;
• the approximate assets-under-management range you select;
• your message, if you write one.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a conversation. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How the form works

The form sends your details as an email to info@aitva.co. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database. We do not use third-party form services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we enter into a contract with you.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. It is processed only by the service providers we need to run this website and our email, under data processing agreements, and hosted in the European Union where possible.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies. We measure visits with cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics that collect no personal data and do not track you across websites.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@aitva.co. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
